About this Project
A high-end residential developer approached us in need of quick approval to transform an exclusive yet simple suburban home into French Country Style.
We worked with our client to review photos and select design elements that were French. This included a slate roofed turret, copper barrel vaulted dormers and gabled porticos with French doors.
The market and budget required we maintain the single level rambling open floor plan typical of Southern California. The kitchen and family room open gracefully to an entertaining patio, while the entry and living hall are axially formal and end in a glassed loggia.
We worked efficiently and effectively to receive approvals in a single hearing and delivered permits inside eight months.
Peter made our dream a reality. He accomplished what we thought was nearly impossible.
